Örkelljunga kommuns sociala stiftelse för barn och ungdom

Örkelljunga Municipality's Social Foundation for Children and Youth is a consolidated foundation formed from multiple historical funds and donations. The foundation's purpose is to promote child and youth welfare through grant distribution from its annual returns. The grants support purposes and needs that are not provided by the state or municipality through public funds. Recipients must be registered residents of Örkelljunga municipality. At least 1/10 of the annual return is added to the capital, with the remaining amount available for distribution the following year. Unused returns are reserved for distribution in coming years. The social committee decides on the use of available returns, while the municipal board manages the foundation's assets.
