About This Opportunity

The RMIT Study Support Scholarship is designed to support students who can demonstrate circumstances which impact their ability to study. This scholarship provides financial assistance to help students focus more on their studies by reducing the need for part-time work. The scholarship is intended for students who face challenges such as receiving government low income benefits, living with a disability or long-term medical condition, experiencing personal or family difficulties, relocating from rural or regional areas to study in Melbourne, or coming from under-represented backgrounds including refugees, migrants from non-English backgrounds, or students who have been in foster or kinship care. The scholarship aims to help students afford study materials, textbooks, equipment, and transportation costs, enabling them to achieve academic success. Successful recipients receive the scholarship as fortnightly stipend payments throughout the duration of their study period.
