Robert and Norma Winkleblack Scholarship

The Robert and Norma Winkleblack Scholarship supports full-time students who have been accepted to Eastern Illinois University and graduated from one of the Coles County High Schools. The scholarship requires applicants to submit an essay or narrative demonstrating their potential to succeed. Financial need is a consideration in the selection process. Recipients may be eligible to reapply for the award in subsequent years provided they continue to meet the eligibility criteria. The award is announced in the spring and awarded in the fall semester.
