Robert C. Douglas and Joanne R. Sutherland Scholarship Fund

The Robert C. Douglas and Joanne R. Sutherland Scholarship Fund was established through a donation received by Robert C. Douglas and Joanne R. Sutherland to assist students who are pursuing a Masters degree in Public Policy or Public Administration at the Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy. This scholarship is awarded to a Canadian graduate student enrolled at the University of Regina or University of Saskatchewan who is pursuing their Masters degree in Public Policy or Public Administration. The scholarship requires recipients to maintain full-time enrollment status with a minimum of six credit hours in the semester the scholarship is presented and maintain a minimum program grade point average (GPA) of 80%. One scholarship valued at $2,450 is available annually to eligible Canadian citizens.
