Robert DeBolt '62 Technology Scholarship

The Robert DeBolt '62 Technology Scholarship is awarded to undergraduate students at Eastern Illinois University who demonstrate strong academic performance, work ethic, and commitment to career and technical education. Recipients must maintain a GPA of at least 2.75 and be employed part-time with a minimum of 15 hours per week. Preference is given to full-time undergraduate students majoring in Career and Technical Education or any program in the School of Technology. The scholarship requires applicants to submit a one-page statement on career goals as they relate to career and technical education, along with written documentation from their employer confirming their part-time work status. Financial need is also a consideration in the selection process. This award is announced in the Spring and disbursed in the Fall semester, and recipients may receive the award again if they continue to meet the criteria.
