Robert Hennings Historical Administration Scholarship

The Robert Hennings Historical Administration Scholarship supports undergraduate and graduate students pursuing degrees in History at Eastern Illinois University. The scholarship is designated to support students undertaking research, with priority given in the following order: students working on M.A. thesis, Honors thesis, Capstone thesis, or other courses offered in the Department of History. Recipients must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA, and financial need is not a consideration. The award is announced and awarded in the Spring semester, and students must submit detailed research proposals including information about archives to be consulted, projected expenses following EIU Per Diem rates, and travel dates.
