Robert Wilson Arts Scholarship

The Robert Wilson Arts Scholarship provides funding to high school seniors from Chelan or Douglas County, Washington, who are pursuing their artistic journey in higher education. Named after abstract painter Robert Wilson, whose work has been exhibited in prestigious galleries across the United States, this scholarship is designed to support creative students who are developing their unique artistic voice in traditional fine arts mediums. The scholarship recognizes that being an artist can take many different forms and celebrates humans' unique ability to create original ideas and art that contributes to the world. It is specifically designed for students passionate about traditional studio arts including painting, drawing, or pottery. Applicants must be high school seniors with a minimum 3.0 GPA who are pursuing a degree in art focused on painting, drawing, or pottery. Digital art and photography are not included in this scholarship's focus. As part of the application process, students must submit three pieces of their artwork for evaluation, allowing them to demonstrate their talent and artistic vision.
