About This Opportunity

The Rocky Fund Bursary is a scholarship opportunity for students admitted to study Earth Science and Engineering at Imperial College London. This bursary provides financial support of £2,500 per year to one student who faces significant financial barriers to participation in higher education. The bursary is available to both home and overseas students who have received an offer of admission to study a full-time BSc or MSci in the Department of Earth Science and Engineering. Applicants are assessed based on academic merit and potential as well as information provided in the scholarship application form. The bursary is specifically designed to support prospective students entering the program, not continuing students. Applications are reviewed following the release of UK A Level results in mid-August, with successful applicants being notified within four weeks of results release.
