Rongotea Lions Club Student Assistance Fund

The Rongotea Lions Club Student Assistance Fund is a scholarship established by the Rongotea & District Lions Club to support students from the Manawatū region of New Zealand. The fund provides financial assistance to students pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate studies in agriculture, horticulture, agribusiness, or veterinary science at Massey University. The scholarship is designed for students with financial need who are preferably from Rongotea or nearby areas in the Manawatū region. Recipients may be studying either full-time or part-time. The selection process considers both financial need and academic achievements, making it an opportunity for students who demonstrate both merit and financial constraints. The fund provides up to $2,500 in support for one year's duration, with one award available.
