About This Opportunity

The Rotary Foundation and local Rotary clubs invest in future leaders and philanthropists by funding scholarships for educational opportunities at various levels. Scholarships are available through two main pathways: local clubs and districts offer scholarships for secondary, undergraduate, or graduate study supported by locally raised funds or Rotary Foundation grants, while The Rotary Foundation directly offers Peace Fellowships for college graduates and professionals to study peace and conflict resolution. Global grant scholarships support graduate students studying abroad in Rotary's areas of focus, including promoting peace, fighting disease, providing clean water and sanitation, improving maternal and child health, supporting education, growing local economies, and protecting the environment. These scholarships can last from one to four years and may cover entire degree programs. District grants offer more flexibility, sponsoring students at any level studying any subject, with durations ranging from six-week language programs to extended university study. Additionally, Rotary Peace Fellowships provide opportunities for candidates to pursue master's degrees or professional development certificates at partner universities, focusing on peace and conflict resolution studies.
