The Roy Frederick Turner Scholarship - Law is a $7,000 undergraduate scholarship designed to support combined law degree students at the University of Sydney Law School who are experiencing financial hardship. This scholarship was established in line with the Betty Alicia Turner Bequest to benefit students studying law at the University of Sydney Law School. The scholarship is valued at $7,000 per annum and is tenable for one year only, paid in two equal instalments after the census date of each semester. To be eligible, applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents commencing a combined undergraduate law degree and demonstrate financial hardship. Recipients must maintain a minimum Semester Average Mark (SAM) of 65 each semester and remain enrolled full-time in their degree program during the tenure of the scholarship.
