About this opportunity
The Rune Bernhardsson's Graphene Fund provides grants for incoming research visits to Chalmers in the area of graphene and related materials. Visiting researchers can apply for funding to come to Chalmers and work with projects regarding graphene and related materials. The grant provides a maximum of SEK 60,000 to cover housing, travel, and research costs, but not salary, subsistence, or allowance. The minimum duration of the visit is 3 weeks. Applications are handled on a rolling basis as they come in. The host researcher at Chalmers must apply for the grant on behalf of the visiting researcher. Applications require basic data including project title, visitor's information and CV, contact person at Chalmers, schedule, and budget, as well as a research plan describing the purpose, expected contributions, benefit to Chalmers' graphene research, and plans for continued collaboration. The visiting researcher is required to give at least one seminar, and the host must submit a one-page report on the results and future collaboration plans.
