About this opportunity
The Safeway Award in Pharmacy is awarded to students who identify as a member of a Visible Minority and/or who are First Nation, Inuit, or Métis people of Canada in accordance with the Constitution Act, 1982, Part 2, Section 35(2) and/or who are a gender minority with satisfactory academic standing enrolled in any year of a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. Selection is based on academic standing and demonstrated leadership, community engagement and/or volunteerism. This endowed award is provided by Sobeys and administered through the Faculty of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Alberta. Students are automatically considered based on their completed General Application.
