Saints Shinty Bursary

The Saints Shinty Bursary is designed to make the Saints Shinty Club more financially accessible to current and prospective members at the University of St Andrews. As more students face financial concerns due to the cost of living crisis, the added expense of a full club membership may discourage students from joining the club, depriving them of the physical and social benefits of participating in team sports such as shinty. This bursary alleviates financial concerns and allows students to continue their engagement in the club and sport. The award provides £500 per academic year and is assessed based on financial need.
