About this opportunity
A $7,000 scholarship to support Honours degree students studying psychology within the Faculty of Science at the University of Sydney. This scholarship is established to honour Professor Emerita Sally Andrews, who sadly passed away in 2022. During her 20-year tenure at the University of Sydney, Sally distinguished herself as an academic and as Head of School for her dedication to research and education in Psychology and Science more broadly. This scholarship has been established from the generous donation of the Lucy Firth Bequest (Psychology) to honour Professor Sally Andrews and support future leaders in Psychology. The scholarship is awarded based on academic merit, evidence of financial hardship via the UAC Equity Scholarship application process, and a personal statement outlining reasons for pursuing Honours in Psychology.
