Sara Jeong Grant for Students with Disabilities

As a disabled alum of the School of Media and Information Technology at NAIT, this grant was created to give back to a program that kickstarted the donor's career and helped them grow both personally and professionally. The grant recognizes the incredible creativity, resilience, and talent that disabled students bring to the field and aims to empower them to pursue their passions and contribute to a more inclusive and diverse industry. The grant is available to students with a prolonged or persistent disability enrolled in any full-time program in the School of Media and Information Technology. Awards are based on a written statement detailing the applicant's personal journey to post-secondary education. Preference is given to students who demonstrate financial need.
