Sarah Anne Rhodes Research Scholarship

The Sarah Anne Rhodes Research Scholarship was established to encourage the teaching and promotion of home and domestic sciences such as Sociology, Psychology, Education or Science among women in New Zealand. This scholarship is offered to women graduates of any university in New Zealand, or of any other university, who during the tenure of the scholarship will be studying at Te Herenga Waka–Victoria University of Wellington in a course leading to a higher degree. The scholarship has a value of $5,000 (subject to funds available) and is tenable for one year. At least one scholarship is offered annually, with applications closing on 31 October. The scholarship supports postgraduate research in fields related to teaching or promoting knowledge of home or domestic science among women in New Zealand.
