About This Opportunity

This scholarship supports postgraduate research students studying visual art at Sydney College of the Arts (SCA) who will undertake travel as part of their research. The scholarship was established from the estate of Renee Fauvette Erdos in 1997, in memory of her mother, Fauvette Loureiro. It provides a stipend allowance equivalent to the University of Sydney Research Training Program (RTP) Stipend rate for the duration of the research degree. Recipients must conduct research into Visual Art and must be willing to undertake travel as part of their research. The scholarship is awarded based on academic merit, area of study and research proposal, curriculum vitae, previous research experience, and a personal statement demonstrating need for travel as part of research.
