Scholarship for International Students of TUM

The Technical University of Munich (TUM) awards scholarships for international students funded through budget resources from the Bavarian government. This is a one-time financial aid between €500 and €1,800 per semester that students can reapply for every semester. The maximum funding period is 36 months. The scholarship is designed to support international students who are not eligible for BAföG due to their nationality, have demonstrated financial need, and maintain good academic records. Students must be enrolled from their 3rd semester of bachelor's studies or 2nd semester of master's studies at TUM (or 1st semester if their bachelor's degree was completed at TUM). The scholarship aims to provide financial support for living costs while studying at one of Germany's leading technical universities.
