Scholarship Network Grants

The Scholarship Network Grants scheme supports the 'Pathways in Mathematics' strategic goal by promoting the importance of mathematics and the provision of opportunities for those that wish to study and develop a career in mathematics and its applications. Its aim is to facilitate connection and networking among colleagues who are building a teaching and scholarship profile within higher education mathematics and its applications. The scheme funds networking activities aimed at developing scholarship projects in general areas related to teaching and learning, and the wider student experience through regional or national meetings or events. The network should be made up of mathematical scientists who are working in at least three different higher education institutions and who have a common scholarly interest. It is expected that at least one of the events will be held in person and that meetings will be open to all.
