School Bus Travel Grant

The Hoover School Bus Travel Grant provides funds to help schools meet the transportation costs of educational field trips to the Herbert Hoover Presidential Library and Museum and Herbert Hoover National Historic Site. While the grant would like to cover all the costs of visits to the Hoover Campus, these funds are intended to subsidize travel costs. The program is funded entirely through contributions from private individuals, corporations, and foundations, and is specifically intended to promote public education about and appreciation for Herbert Hoover. The grant is designed to make educational visits to the Hoover Campus more accessible to K-12 schools, with priority given to schools with Title I status or high reduced lunch percentages.
