School of Information Studies (SOIS) PhD Scholarship

The School of Information Studies (SOIS) PhD Scholarship is awarded to select continuing graduate students enrolled in the Information Studies PhD program at UW-Milwaukee. This scholarship supports doctoral students who demonstrate academic merit and maintain satisfactory progress in their studies. Recipients must be enrolled in the Information Studies PhD program within SOIS, maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0, demonstrate satisfactory academic progress, and be registered for a minimum of 3 INFOST credits by May 1. If applicable, students must also complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The scholarship amount varies based on available funding and individual circumstances.
