The School of Nursing and Midwifery Research and Innovation Award (SONM Research and Innovation Award) at University College Cork recognizes students who have made a contribution to research and innovation or engaged with activities that support the development, innovation, or translation of evidence/solutions to impact teaching, clinical practice, further research, or policy. This undergraduate award is designed to acknowledge exceptional student engagement with research activities within the School of Nursing and Midwifery. Recipients receive a certificate and medal in recognition of their contributions. The award is available to current UCC students and can be applied for through self-nomination or nomination by others.
