School of Pharmacy Prize for Excellence in Pharmacology

This prize is awarded to the student with the best results in Pharmacology aggregated over the BPharm degree at University College Cork. The prize recognizes excellence in pharmacology coursework drawn from multiple modules including PT1445, PT2448, pharmacology sections of PF3009, PF3010, PF3012 and PF4014. To be eligible, students must attain a pass in all modules with no compensation permitted. Examinations must be taken at the Summer Examination for the first time and at the first opportunity, with exceptions for students taking exams at Supplemental Examination due to illness, injury, or other mitigating circumstances. In the event of a tie between qualified students, the prize amount is divided equally among them.
