School of Pharmacy Prize for Excellence in Pharmacology

The School of Pharmacy Prize for Excellence in Pharmacology is awarded to the student with the best results in Pharmacology aggregated over the BPharm degree. The prize recognizes outstanding academic performance across multiple pharmacology modules including PT1445, PT2448, pharmacology sections of PF3009, PF3010, PF3012 and PF4014. To be eligible, students must attain a pass in all modules with no compensation permitted, take exams at the Summer Examination for the first time and at the first opportunity. Students taking examinations for the first time at a Supplemental Examination due to illness, injury or other mitigating circumstances remain eligible. In the event of a tie between two or more qualified students, the total prize amount will be divided equally among them. This prize is administered by the School of Pharmacy at University College Cork.
