About this opportunity

The School of Psychology at the University of Kent offers PhD GTA scholarships to highly motivated students. Awardees hold a unique position as both registered PhD students receiving a scholarship and employees of the University. Graduate Teaching Assistants receive a stipend combining a salary element and maintenance grant, paid in monthly instalments. Additionally, GTAs receive fee-paid teacher training through the Associate Fellowship Scheme for professional development. As a GTA, students assist in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to undergraduate students, including leading seminars, supporting lab-based sessions, and providing academic guidance.
