About this opportunity

The Helen Bader School of Social Welfare has received a grant from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction that focuses on increasing cultural competency and mental and behavioral health competencies in school social workers. The DPI-funded grant supports MSW students in the school social work track with a stipend. This program is designed for MSW students admitted to the program who meet program eligibility and requirements, as well as individuals with an MSW who are interested in becoming licensed school social workers in Wisconsin. Students of color, students from low-income communities, and students who speak Spanish are particularly encouraged to apply.
