About This Opportunity

The Helen Bader School of Social Welfare has received a grant from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction that focuses on increasing cultural competency and mental and behavioral health competencies in school social workers. The DPI-funded grant supports MSW students in the school social work track with a stipend. This opportunity is available to any MSW student admitted to the program who meets the program eligibility and requirements, as well as any individual with an MSW who is interested in being a licensed school social worker in Wisconsin. Students of color, students from low-income communities, and students who speak Spanish are particularly encouraged to apply.
