Schwarzman Scholars is a prestigious one-year, fully funded master's program in global affairs at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China. The program is designed to build a global community of future leaders with an immersive learning experience dedicated to leadership development. Created to respond to the geopolitical landscape of the 21st century, the scholarship recognizes that success of future leaders around the world depends upon an understanding of China's role in global trends.
The program offers a rigorous Master of Global Affairs degree with a world-class curriculum designed by leading academics and faculty to build students' leadership abilities and deepen their knowledge of China's role in global affairs. Scholars gain one-of-a-kind perspectives through a year spent in China, creating lifelong friendships and developing valuable cross-cultural leadership skills.
Schwarzman Scholars provides an international network of high-caliber global leaders, academics, and innovators who will together serve as a bridge between China and the rest of the world. The program is celebrating its 10th anniversary and has selected its eleventh cohort (Class of 2026-2027) with 150 incoming Scholars from 40 countries, joining a network of over 1,500 global leaders.
