Scops Arts Trust Grants

Scops Arts Trust provides grants to organizations supporting performing arts activities across the UK. The Trust has a focused grant-making approach with three grants rounds per year, each with different thematic categories. The overarching aim is to give people of all ages opportunities to understand, participate in and enjoy the performing arts. Most grants are for projects, though the Trust will consider contributions towards specific core costs of smaller organizations where funding could make an impact. Grant awards start at a few hundred pounds, and occasionally multi-year grants of up to £15,000 per annum are available. The Trust primarily supports registered charities, but will consider applications from social enterprises and community groups if they are formally constituted and have clear charitable purposes. Applications from small to medium sized organizations are looked upon more favourably. The application process is two-staged, with an initial eligibility check followed by Stage 1 and Stage 2 application forms for shortlisted candidates.
