Semper Ardens Advance

Semper Ardens Advance provides five-year grants to support visionary research projects at the highest international level, aiming for scientific breakthroughs. The program is designed for internationally recognised professors or research teams to conduct ambitious research with the potential for transformative scientific discoveries. Projects venturing into new scientific territory are prioritised. The grant provides framework funding for comprehensive research activities including personnel, equipment, consumables, and travel. Applicants can apply individually or as a team of up to four principal investigators, with the main applicant required to be a tenured professor at a Danish research institution. The program emphasizes excellence in research leadership, diversity, and international collaboration.
