Sgt. Thomas H. Convery Veteran & Military Scholarship

The Sgt. Thomas H. Convery Veteran & Military Scholarship provides a one-time vital source of scholarship funds for current and new Veteran and Military students enrolled at Westfield State University. This scholarship is designed to support undergraduate students who have served or are currently serving in the United States Armed Forces. Applicants must be documented Veterans or Military members enrolled full-time at Westfield State University and maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA. The scholarship requires applicants to submit a 300-word essay explaining how their military service experience has prepared them to meet their educational goals. This is a one-time award, and recipients may only receive this scholarship once during their time at Westfield State University. The scholarship provides financial assistance to help veteran and military students pursue their undergraduate education.
