Sharon & Rod DePue Family Scholarship

The Sharon & Rod DePue Family Scholarship is awarded to select individuals who were in the Foster Care system and are bachelor's degree-seeking students. Applicants must be Milwaukee County residents with demonstrated financial need (completed FAFSA) and eligible for in-state tuition. Preference is given to graduates of Milwaukee Public Schools and those from the Milwaukee County foster care system. This scholarship provides $4,000 annually and is renewable for four academic years (five total), offering a total anticipated award of $8,000 over the full term. The scholarship aims to support former foster youth in pursuing their undergraduate education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
