About this opportunity

The Sidney H. Cole Agricultural Scholarship honors a late Stockbridge alumnus who was a successful poultry farmer in Westhampton, Massachusetts. The scholarship is awarded to students in the two-year degree programs in the Stockbridge School of Agriculture who are majoring in disciplines that closely relate to the production, processing, and marketing of food and who want to work in one of those three areas after graduation. Preference is given to students who exhibit a strong desire to enter the poultry production, processing, or marketing industry. Student must have financial need and be in good academic standing. Students are automatically considered based on their completed General Application through the University of Massachusetts Amherst scholarship portal.
