About this opportunity
The Siemens Healthineers Engineering Technology (Electrical) Scholarship 2026 supports students enrolled in eligible engineering programs at Swinburne University of Technology. Siemens Healthineers is a global healthcare technology company that pioneers breakthroughs in healthcare, enabling healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care with medical products, services and solutions used in more than 70 countries worldwide.
This scholarship provides financial support valued at $7,500 for one year, paid bi-annually, to students in their final or later years of study in electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, robotics, or mechatronics programs. Beyond the financial award, recipients also receive a valuable opportunity for paid work experience with Siemens Healthineers, providing hands-on industry exposure with a leading global healthcare technology company.
The scholarship is available to both full-time and part-time on-campus students who are Australian or New Zealand citizens or Australian permanent residents. Preference is given to students who identify as female, supporting diversity in engineering fields. Applicants must demonstrate their passion for their chosen engineering course and explain why they would value the work experience opportunity at Siemens Healthineers through a personal statement or video submission.
