About this opportunity
One scholarship, valued at up to $3,500, is awarded annually to an outstanding student entering first year of the Civil Engineering program at the University of Waterloo. This fund is made possible by a donation from the late Barbara (Gzowski) Warwick in honour of her great grandfather, Sir Casimir Stanislaus Gzowski, whom she greatly admired for his leadership in the discipline of civil engineering and contributions to major infrastructure projects in Ontario and Canada. The scholarship recognizes academic excellence and is awarded based on academic performance, the Admission Information Form (AIF), and an online video interview. No separate application is required as all eligible students are automatically considered.
