Sir John Logan Campbell Agricultural Scholarship

The Sir John Logan Campbell Agricultural Scholarship is an undergraduate scholarship for students from urban locations who wish to study agriculture. Sir John Logan Campbell was a successful Auckland businessman who lived from 1817 to 1912 and gifted money to help set up an agricultural teaching course in Palmerston North. This scholarship comes from this fund and is designed to support first-year students studying towards a Bachelor of Agribusiness or Bachelor of Agricultural Science at Massey University's Manawatū campus. The scholarship provides approximately $2,000 NZD to support full-time undergraduate study for one year. Multiple awards are available annually. Recipients are selected based on their academic achievements, urban background, and career intentions in relation to the agricultural sector.
