Sir Thomas White Scholarship

The Sir Thomas White Scholarship is designed to support students with academic potential and demonstrated financial need at the University of Northampton. The scholarship provides £4,500 in total financial support to one successful recipient, distributed as annual payments of £1,500 over three years, subject to satisfactory academic progress. This scholarship is specifically aimed at undergraduate students who are permanent residents of the Borough of Northampton and have household incomes at or below £42,737 per year. The award recognizes academic merit while ensuring financial barriers do not prevent talented students from pursuing higher education. Unsuccessful applicants who meet the residence criteria may be automatically considered for future awards from the charity in subsequent years.
