Small Grant Scheme

The Small Grant Scheme is offered by North West Leicestershire District Council to support local community and voluntary groups. The scheme aims to make grants easily available for new projects, trying something different, or one-off pieces of expenditure for projects, equipment and other items. Applications can be made for a maximum of £500 per project. The grant is designed to support community development and enable local groups to enhance their activities and services. The scheme operates on an annual basis with specific application deadlines, and funds are allocated on a rolling basis until the budget is exhausted. Please note that as of November 2025, this grant is closed until April 2026 due to a high volume of successful applications.
