About this opportunity

The Science, Mathematics, and Research for Transformation (SMART) Scholarship-for-Service Program is a Department of Defense (DoD) initiative designed to support undergraduate and graduate students pursuing degrees in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) disciplines. The program provides full tuition and education-related fees, a cash award/stipend, book allowance, health insurance allowance, and guaranteed civilian employment with the Department of Defense upon graduation.
