So Family Scholarship

One scholarship, valued at up to $1,500, is awarded annually to an outstanding student entering first year of the Accounting and Financial Management program at the University of Waterloo. Preference will be given to students who have demonstrated leadership in extracurricular and volunteer activities. This fund is made possible by a donation from George So and Janet Chong. The scholarship is an entrance award for Canadian citizens or permanent residents who meet the eligibility criteria. Selection is based on academic performance and the AFM Admissions Assessment (AFMAA). No separate application is required as candidates are automatically considered during the admissions process.
