Social Mobility Fund

The Social Mobility Fund is dedicated to breaking down barriers to opportunity in Jersey, ensuring that where someone starts in life doesn't limit where they can go. Social mobility is about giving everyone a fair chance to succeed through access to education, enriching experiences, strong networks, and meaningful opportunities. The fund supports practical projects that help people improve their life chances, particularly those facing disadvantage. These might include extra-curricular learning, cultural or sporting activities, skills development, mentoring, or research into what works. The fund welcomes applications from registered Jersey charitable organisations and primary and secondary schools in Jersey. Projects must be delivered in Jersey or benefit Jersey residents directly, and all applications must meet at least one charitable purpose under the Charities (Jersey) Law 2014.
