About this opportunity
The Sol Tax Scholarship recognizes outstanding undergraduate Anthropology majors at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee for academic merit. The scholarship is awarded to students who have demonstrated exceptional academic performance in their undergraduate Anthropology studies. Applicants must be current UWM undergraduate Anthropology majors with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 and must demonstrate academic merit. The award is not open to second-degree students or spring/summer graduates of the award year. Application requires completion of the Panther Scholarship Portal General Application and the College of Letters & Science Scholarships and Awards Application, with no separate application needed. The scholarship award varies with a maximum of $1,500 and is administered through the Anthropology Department and College of Letters & Science at UW-Milwaukee.
