Somer Family Travel Fund (Award)

The Somer Family Travel Fund provides financial support to undergraduate students in good standing who are enrolled in the University Honors College or Daniel Acker Scholars Program at the University at Buffalo. The fund is designed to cover travel costs for students attending or presenting at conferences in natural science fields. The award recognizes students pursuing excellence in natural sciences by enabling them to participate in professional conferences that advance their academic development. Applications are reviewed monthly on a rolling basis through the end of May 2026.
