About This Opportunity
The Sonia Scurfield Scholarship was established in recognition of the participation of the late Ralph Scurfield in bringing the Flames Hockey team to Calgary. The scholarship is offered annually to one male and one female continuing undergraduate student entering second year at the Haskayne School of Business, Bachelor of Commerce program. Recipients must be active members of a Dinos Varsity team (not practice squad) and demonstrate academic merit. The scholarship is renewable in the third and fourth year at the University of Calgary, provided recipients achieve a minimum GPA of 3.20 over a minimum of 18.00 units completed in the previous fall and winter terms. Applicants must be Canadian citizens or Permanent Residents.
