Sophie M. and John F. Yoney Scholarship Fund

The Sophie M. and John F. Yoney Scholarship Fund was established at The Pittsburgh Foundation by the late Mr. John F. Yoney to provide scholarships to graduates from Chartiers-Houston High School, Peters Township High School, and Canon McMillan High School. This single-year award supports graduating high school seniors planning to attend a 2- or 4-year college or university. Applicants must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0, and preference is given to those who can demonstrate financial need. The scholarship is administered through Scholarship America on behalf of The Pittsburgh Foundation.
