About this opportunity
The South Coast Doctoral Training Partnership (SCDTP) is a collaborative programme between the University of Southampton and 3 other universities, funded by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC). The partnership offers fully funded PhD studentships for students pursuing research in social sciences across a wide range of disciplinary pathways. Awards include a tax-free stipend (living allowance), full tuition fees coverage, and up to ยฃ20,780 for a Research-in-Practice placement. Multiple award structures are available including 1-year MSc plus 3.5 years PhD, 3.5 years PhD only, 4.5 years Interdisciplinary award, and 4.5 years Integrated PhD in Economics, Education or Gerontology at Southampton.
