Southampton UK Alumni Music Scholarship

The Southampton UK Alumni Music Scholarship provides financial support to UK students who are graduates of the University of Southampton and wish to continue their studies in music at the postgraduate level. Two scholarships of £2,000 each are available for students applying to Master of Music (MMus) or MA International Music Management programmes starting in 2026. The scholarship is awarded at the end of the first semester and is designed to support alumni continuing their studies in the Department of Music. This is a competitive scholarship process, and not all applications will be successful. The selection process includes three stages: eligibility verification, review of postgraduate and scholarship applications, and final selection by a scholarship panel of music staff. The quality of the application and the contribution the student hopes to make to the Department community are key considerations in the assessment process.
