Spanish Undergraduate Achievement Scholarship

The Spanish Undergraduate Achievement Scholarship is awarded when funding is available to outstanding declared Spanish majors enrolled full-time at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. This scholarship recognizes academic excellence in Spanish language studies and supports students who have demonstrated strong performance in upper-level Spanish coursework. Recipients must maintain a minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA and have completed at least two upper-level Spanish classes. Awards given in November/December are designated for the following spring semester, and students graduating in December or January are not eligible for that award cycle. The scholarship amount varies based on available funding from multiple donors supporting Spanish language education at UWM.
