Spelemidlar til ordinære idretts- og friluftsanlegg

Vestland fylkeskommune administers and distributes gaming funds (spelemidlar) derived from the surplus of Norsk Tipping, managed by the Ministry of Culture. These funds are designated for the establishment and rehabilitation of sports, outdoor recreation, and physical activity facilities in Vestland county. The program is divided into two main categories: ordinary facilities for regular sports facilities, and neighborhood facilities for smaller installations primarily for self-organized physical activity. Applications are processed through municipalities, which forward them to the regional authorities. Eligible applicants include municipalities, sports clubs, certain outdoor recreation organizations, and community associations, though other organizations may qualify depending on their statutes.
