Spirit of Ukraine Award

About this opportunity

The Spirit of Ukraine Award is presented to a student with satisfactory academic standing entering an undergraduate degree at the University of Alberta. Selection is based on academic standing and indicated financial need. Preference is given to students who are a Refugee or Protected Person within Canada. This award was established in honour of Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine, for his contribution, inspiration and leadership, and of the people of Ukraine for their courage and sacrifice in defending their country, freedom and democracy against Russian invasion.
