Sports Scholarships at University of Worcester

The University of Worcester offers sports scholarships for elite and talented sports performers dedicated to both sporting and academic success. The scholarships support students working as part of an elite athlete pathway, representing at senior or junior national or international competitions, or working towards elite athlete pathway status. The program has dual career accreditation with the Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme (TASS) and partners with UK Anti-Doping (UKAD) for Clean Sport in Higher Education. The scholarships are available for international level athletes in team or individual sports and include two pathways: Sport Dual Career Scholarship (Tier 1) and Sport Emerging Dual Career Scholarship (Tier 2). Support packages include strength and conditioning, sports therapy, gym membership, nutrition, sports psychology, lifestyle advisor support, pastoral workshops, and University of Worcester sports clothing bundle. The program particularly focuses on sports including Basketball, Cricket, Football, Netball, Rugby, and Wheelchair Basketball.
